We are seeking a Pre\-sales Specialist for Private and Government Clients to join our team. Your mission will be to act strategically—assessing, designing, proposing, and defending the most suitable and cost\-effective technical solutions for our clients. You will serve as the bridge between various areas, including Technology Manufacturers, Engineering, Finance, Products, Strategic Planning, and Post\-sales, ensuring excellence across the entire pre\-sales cycle. Your role will be fundamental in driving the success of our projects and our customers’ satisfaction. **Responsibilities and duties** Lead the pre\-sales cycle—from initial commercial outreach through solution defense.Design and propose innovative, customer\-centric technical solutions.Structure and evaluate optimal project and process conditions, ensuring both technical and economic feasibility.Serve as a reference point and leader across other company departments.Ensure compliance with Laws No. 14\.133/2021 and No. 13\.303/2016 in government projects, as well as RFI/RFQ/RFP processes for private clients. **Requirements and qualifications** Advanced knowledge of Law No. 14\.133/2021 and Law No. 13\.303/2016.Experience in developing technical projects and commercial proposals.Proficiency in telecommunications communication infrastructure (MPLS, Dedicated IP, FWA, Satellite) and IT infrastructure (Cybersecurity, SD-WAN, SSE/SASE, and Cloud).Ability to develop Bills of Materials (BoM), executive presentations, and specific technical projects.Excellent communication skills, clarity, and conciseness in presentations.Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in STEM fields.Experience in pricing (IRR, EBITDA, EBIT, and NPV).Intermediate Excel proficiency.Knowledge of project management methodologies (desirable).Experience interpreting and analyzing data in Power BI.Certifications: FORTINET FCF \- TECHINICAL INTRODUCING TO CYBERSECURITY 1\.0, FORTINET FCF \- GETTING STARTED IN CYBERSECURITY 2\.0, FORTINET FCF \- INTRODUTION TO THE THREAT LANDSCAPE 2\.0, and FCA. **Additional information** Benefits: * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Pharmacy Assistance * Childcare Assistance * Flexible Working Hours * V.tal Benefits Club * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) * Extended Paternity Leave (20 days) **THE FUTURE BEGINS HERE—AND WE’LL BUILD IT WITH YOU** ---------------------------------------------------------------- **We are V.tal—a company founded to enable connection with the digital world and transform people’s lives.** We work to help position Brazil among the world’s most digitally advanced nations—promoting digital inclusion, accelerating new businesses, and stimulating regional development.
