Job Summary: Operate a pneumatic roller in earthmoving and asphalt paving activities, ensuring quality and leveling of layers executed on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring equipment maintenance and proper functioning Operate a pneumatic roller in earthmoving and asphalt paving activities, performing soil and asphalt mixture compaction and stabilization to ensure quality, leveling, and strength of layers executed on-site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate a pneumatic roller for compaction of soil, base, sub-base, and asphalt surface layer. * Conduct basic equipment inspections prior to commencing operations. * Control speed, pass overlap, and tire pressure to ensure adequate compaction. * Collaborate with paving and earthmoving teams. * Ensure equipment maintenance, cleaning, and proper functioning. * Comply with site safety regulations and operational procedures. **Prerequisites:** * Proven experience in this role. * Driver's license minimum category **C**. * Full availability for travel and accommodation in lodging facilities.
