




Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for programming and monitoring injection molding machines, ensuring final product quality and optimizing plastic production processes. Process optimization and continuous improvement **Main Responsibilities** * Program and monitor injection molding machines; * Ensure final product quality; * Develop technical sheets specifying injection parameters; * Participate in the implementation and validation of new products and processes; * Provide training to production operators; * Maintain and/or continuously improve process documentation; * Develop process improvements aimed at reducing costs and enhancing product and process quality; * Meet production, quality, and cost performance indicators; * Interact with production leadership; * Participate in preventive maintenance planning for molds and plastic injection machines; * Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental procedures; * Participate in audits (internal, external, and customer); * Be responsible for tracking production records as well as receiving and inspecting parts and components supplied by internal supplier departments according to updated technical sheets; * Be responsible for meeting production order deadlines and reporting resource shortages (personnel and materials); * Conduct Try-Outs **Requirements** * Technical course in plastics (specific specialization courses will be considered a plus); * English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Proven experience in plastic injection (knowledge of Haitian, Sandreto, Romi, and Chen Hsong machines will be a plus); * Experience and knowledge of Wittmann robots; * Knowledge of injection molds; * Preventive maintenance of molds, injection machines, and equipment; * Knowledge of metrology; * Leadership skills for conducting operator training and leading continuous improvement initiatives; * Knowledge of production methods related to plastic injection processes and equipment; * Knowledge and experience with production process documentation (APQP – PPAP, Flowcharts, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions); * Experience with Try-Out execution and process validation; * Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, MASP, etc.); * Experience in programming and adjustment of injection molding machines; * Experience with polyamide raw materials (PA6, PA66, PC+ABS, POM, PP, PBT, TPU); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in computer applications (Office suite); * Knowledge of hot runner systems; * Familiarity with Automotive Quality Management System requirements (IATF 16949); **Desirable** * Degree (Engineering/Technologist in Mechanical Engineering or related fields); * Experience with polyamide reprocessing (grinding, dosing, validation testing, etc.); * Knowledge of injection machine maintenance; * Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
