Focus on quality and attention to detail in production **About the position:** We are seeking a **Plastic Film (Bubble) Extruder** to operate extrusion machines in the plastic bag manufacturing process. The professional will be responsible for ensuring plastic film quality, performing equipment adjustments, and maintaining production processes within established standards. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Operate and monitor plastic film bubble-type extruders ✅ Control process parameters such as temperature, speed, and film thickness ✅ Perform machine adjustments as required by production needs ✅ Inspect the quality of produced material ✅ Conduct minor repairs and technical adjustments on the extruder ✅ Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness ✅ Comply with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices **Requirements:** Prior experience with plastic film extrusion is a plus Completed high school education Availability to work rotating shifts Commitment and attention to detail **Desired Profile:** ✔ Proactivity and willingness to learn ✔ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues ✔ Attention to product quality and finish ✔ Organization and teamwork skills Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
