Job Summary: Work as a PL Occupational Safety Technician at a multinational company, conducting inspections, monitoring compliance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), delivering training, and supporting accident analysis. Monitor the proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment Permanent opportunity for a PL Occupational Safety Technician to work at a multinational agricultural machinery manufacturer in Sorocaba/SP. Main Responsibilities: Conduct safety inspections in operational and administrative areas, identifying hazards and proposing corrective and preventive actions; Monitor and ensure compliance with NRs and other applicable legislation; Deliver mandatory safety training and awareness campaigns; Support accident and incident analysis by investigating root causes and recommending corrective actions; Issue, control, and inspect Work Permits (PT), Risk Analysis Reports (APRs), and other safety documentation; Prepare technical reports and accident statistics for decision-making; Participate in the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and support SIPAT organization; Monitor the proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment and ensure compliance with legal requirements; Support internal and external occupational safety audits; Collaborate with related departments such as environment, occupational medicine, and maintenance. Requirements: * Education: Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering (in progress); * Experience with internal and external audits and knowledge of ISO 45001; * Training or knowledge of NRs: NR 01, NR 06, NR 12, NR 35; * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate English for reading and writing. Working Hours: First shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.
