We are looking for a **Paver** to join your paving team in the ABCDM region. We seek professionals with experience in asphalt paving projects, committed to quality, safety, and productivity in service execution. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **spreading, leveling, and finishing of asphalt**, ensuring proper thickness and compaction; * Work together with paver and roller operators; * Assist in spreading asphalt mix and controlling temperature during application; * Comply with **occupational safety regulations** and properly use **PPE**; * Keep the work area clean and organized; * Support the paving crew in other activities at the worksite. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** as a Paver in asphalt paving projects; * Knowledge of asphalt application and leveling techniques; * Preferably reside in the **ABCDM region** or nearby areas. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Wage:** R$14.14 per hour (**average of approximately R$3,111.00/month**); * **Medical and dental insurance**; * **Meals on site** (breakfast and lunch); * **Transportation allowance** entitled to **4 daily rides** (2 going and 2 returning). **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** from 07:00 to 17:00 * **Friday:** from 07:00 to 16:00 Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$14.14 per hour Expected workload: 44 hours per week Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience in this field?
