Description: The Packaging Operator will perform packaging operations for food products, ensuring the quality, integrity, and compliance of produced items according to company standards and food safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Operate production line/processing and packaging conveyor, adjusting parameters according to product type and packaging. * Supply products and packaging materials to the production line, ensuring process continuity. * Perform weighing, sealing, labeling, and identification of products according to technical specifications. * Conduct visual inspections to verify package integrity and correct closure of packages. * Monitor equipment performance, immediately reporting any malfunctions, irregularities, or quality deviations to the technical supervisor. * Ensure cleaning and organization of the work area according to internal procedures and health surveillance regulations. * Strictly follow food safety protocols, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and company quality policies. * Support inventory control of packaging materials by requesting replenishment when necessary. * Record production data, quantities, and incidents in forms or control systems. * Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure proper equipment operation and product compliance. Requirements: * Reside in Colina or surrounding region * Completed elementary education * Skills in operating industrial machinery * Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and workplace safety. * Attention to detail, agility, responsibility, and commitment to quality.
