Job Summary: Machine operator responsible for grinding, pressing, and sorting recyclables, performing setup, maintenance, and ensuring proper material disposition. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values diversity and inclusion **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Operate grinding/shredding machines, automatic and manual presses, and sort recyclable materials; Ensure correct disposition of each recyclable material; Perform tasks according to production pace, aligned with equipment capacity; Perform equipment and industrial machine setup, including primary replacement of fluids, filters, hoses, and other consumables; Assess operational conditions and performance of machine and equipment components; Lubricate machines, components, and tools; Assemble and set up new machines and equipment; Record executed activities and any applied components in detail on printed and/or electronic corrective and preventive checklists; Complete job-related training; Comply with company policies and procedures; When required, correctly use PPE; Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Take care of equipment under one’s responsibility.
