Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for leading and guiding teams, monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and safeguarding operational safety and continuous optimization. KPI management and operational safety assurance \- Conduct ongoing dialogues with the team, conveying necessary guidelines and instructions to ensure smooth workflow. \- Possess thorough knowledge of the Client’s internal conduct rules and plant operational procedures. \- Monitor operator performance and provide guidance as needed to maintain work pace, quality, and productivity. \- Identify deviations from standards in production and industrial processes and implement necessary corrective actions. \- Continuously analyze processes to optimize resources and achieve continuous improvement. \- Prepare reports on incidents occurring during the shift and communicate information to supervision and the next shift’s supervisor. \- Guide area personnel regarding company regulations, work procedures, and safety protocols. \- Ensure achievement of KPI objectives stipulated in the contract (SLA) related to the operational area. \- Monitor logistics, shipping, production, and flammable materials areas, ensuring alignment with operational and safety guidelines. \- Transmit performance information and reports to In-House supervision and plant coordination, maintaining regular contact via e\-mails and reports. \- Substitute for the logistics manager during absences, shifts, holidays, or weekends, ensuring leadership and operational continuity. \- Manage administrative routines for area staff, including time tracking, overtime, vacation, and other administrative records. \- Ensure all procedures comply with safety standards, including forklift operation, handling of flammable products, and other industrial equipment.
