Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator manages the Shipping and Warehouse areas, optimizing processes and leading teams to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery in an industrial environment. Process optimization and inventory accuracy assurance The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the integrated management of Shipping and Warehouse areas, ensuring efficient material flow from receipt to customer delivery. Acts as the link between Supply Chain strategy and internal logistics operations execution, leading teams, optimizing processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and meeting shipping deadlines in an agricultural machinery manufacturing industrial environment. * Coordinate Shipping and Warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with processes, deadlines, and quality standards; * Lead, develop, and evaluate operational teams across both areas under responsibility; \- Manage and monitor operational KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, shipping OTIF, inventory turnover, and team productivity; \- Ensure inventory record accuracy through cyclic inventories and control routines; * Supervise material and component receipt, inspection, storage, and movement, ensuring compliance with technical specifications; * Coordinate the shipment of machines and parts, ensuring correct issuance of fiscal documents, deadline adherence, and cargo integrity; * Collaborate with Procurement, PCP, Quality, and Sales departments to align demands, priorities, and material flow; * Propose and implement process improvements in Shipping and Warehouse areas, focusing on safety, productivity, and cost reduction; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal policies in managed operations; * Prepare management reports and report results, deviations, and opportunities to Supply Chain leadership;
