Description: Completed undergraduate degree Relevant work experience Desirable: Postgraduate degree in a technical field within the segment Spanish / English NR 35 * Report to the contract management team regarding daily operational routines, tool availability, material planning, plant maintenance, input control, and production reporting. * Responsible for validating daily and monthly reports, and preparing supplier measurements. * Validate procedures and work instructions, and conduct training for the operational team. * Coordinate work fronts, waste reception, and general maintenance at the EcoPark in accordance with applicable legislation and Veolia standards. * Coordinate the acquisition and application of technical data required for the implementation of new areas, unit operation, preparation of technical reports, and managerial indicators. * Coordinate the use of labor, materials, and inputs necessary for EcoPark operations according to prior planning. * Submit purchase requests for materials and inputs required for operations and assist in approving invoices. * Support the CGR manager in preparing budgets and investments necessary for business continuity and monitor incurred costs. * Analyze operational indicators and justify findings to the unit management. * Prepare technical operational area reports upon request. * Analyze opportunities for operational improvement and initiate corresponding implementation measures. * Perform measurements on construction works and equipment, analyzing results to ensure they are in perfect condition and compliant with Veolia standards and current regulations. * Act as interface between field operational leadership and overall management. * Analyze and control the reporting of operational and financial KPIs, as well as Latam KPIs. * Support the development of procedures and presentations for standardization and training of operational teams across units and contracts. * Conduct field technical visits to business units. * Support critical analyses and documentation preparation for audits. * Assist the EcoPark manager in analyzing the DRE and preparing the Budget. * Occasionally perform yellow-line machinery and mobile equipment operations, as required.
