Job Summary: Cutting and welding machine operator for plastic packaging production, performing adjustments, visual inspection, and maintaining workplace organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety at the workstation 90-day experience with high potential for permanent hiring. **Shift (Night):** Monday to Thursday: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Responsibilities:** * Operate **cutting and welding machines** for plastic packaging production according to quality standards and technical specifications; * Adjust temperature, pressure, and speed parameters based on material type and thickness; * Replace rolls, perform cleaning, and carry out minor mechanical adjustments during operation; * Conduct visual inspection of products to ensure firm welds, precise cuts, and absence of defects; * Meet established production deadlines and targets; * Maintain **organization, cleanliness, and safety** at the workstation; * Report any malfunctions, deviations, or maintenance needs to the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cutting and welding operator is preferred; * Knowledge of plastic film types and machine adjustments; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality and safety; * Availability for the **night shift**.
