GRUPO ARABLOCK IS HIRING; Main Responsibilities * **CNC Machine Operation:** Activate, operate, and monitor lathes, milling machines, and other numerically controlled machines to manufacture components according to specifications. * **Reading and Interpretation:** Read and understand technical drawings, 3D models, and other specifications to translate them into physical parts. * **Setup and Calibration:** Set up machines, load programs and materials, and calibrate them to ensure they operate at proper levels. * **Quality Control:** Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify compliance with quality and precision standards. * **Adjustments and Maintenance:** Make program adjustments when necessary to correct errors or improve the production process, as well as perform daily machine maintenance. * **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve issues related to quality, drawing errors, tool failures, and other challenges that may arise during the manufacturing process.
