Job Summary: A professional responsible for load rigging and signaling during cargo movement, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional who will be responsible for load rigging and signaling during cargo movement alongside crane operators, ensuring that lifting/movement operations are conducted according to proper procedures, with safety and operational efficiency, meeting customer requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Signal crane operators using manual signals and/or radio communication during movements. * Responsible for conducting inspections / checklists of lifting equipment; after inspection, perform load rigging and signaling during cargo movement. * Participate in the assembly and disassembly of telescopic or lattice cranes and their accessories. * Prepare cargo movement and inspect the activity area/location. * Conduct daily inspections of equipment jointly with the crane operator, and complete daily required documentation related to operations, such as DDS, APT, APR, and others per client standards, norms, and procedures; if no client-specific procedures exist, follow BSM’s standards, norms, and procedures. * Read and interpret rigging plans jointly with the crane operator. * Signal all maneuvers and positioning to the crane operator. * Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations; inspect safety devices; correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); remain vigilant regarding work operations/environments to mitigate accident risks. * Willingness to travel; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: (Minimum) Incomplete elementary school; Relevant experience preferred; Desirable training courses: Signalman/Rigger.
