Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating cranes, ensuring efficiency in operational activities and safety during loading, unloading, stacking, and storage. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of truck-mounted and crawler cranes for cargo lifting. 2. Assessment and isolation of the operation area, with a focus on safety. 3. We seek a professional who will be responsible for operating cranes to transport general products, perform loading and unloading services, stacking, and storage—ensuring efficiency in machine operations and service delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate and drive truck-mounted cranes with telescopic booms and/or crawler cranes; Perform cargo lifting operations using internal crane cabin controls (levers or joystick) in an orderly and safe manner, following manual signals or radio instructions from a crane helper or rigger; Assemble the crane and/or its accessories; Analyze and interpret rigging plans; Evaluate machine and equipment operating conditions through daily inspections and complete the daily checklist and other required documentation related to operations, such as DDS, APT, APR, and others as specified by client standards/regulations; Assess and isolate the crane’s working area for equipment operation; Organize the work environment (crane); Perform tasks as defined in operational controls (where applicable); Understand and act in accordance with significant environmental aspects and impacts of their area; Alert supervisors or responsible personnel upon identifying non-conformities; Work in compliance with the Integrated Management System standards and the crane manufacturer’s operation manual. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; National Driver’s License Category D; Experience operating cranes; Willingness to travel and work across Brazil; 120-hour Crane Operator Training Course; 50-hour Indivisible Loads Training Course; **Additional Information** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Life Insurance Travel Allowance Mobility Assistance Nationwide Operations #### **BSM is an Engineering company with over five decades of experience and a strong presence across multiple regions of Brazil.
