To continue enhancing business and individual success, we are seeking a professional to join us as an **MES Implementation Technician.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Validate customer server and infrastructure requirements; * Install servers: Database, IIS, and applications; * Perform system registrations, including operators, machines, interruptions, shifts, as well as instruction and training on these registrations; * Configure and update hardware (PLCs, I/O modules, industrial terminals with Linux OS); * Implement the system and train shop-floor, IT, management reporting, planning, and PCP departments on its usage; * Integrate with ERP systems; * Identify network and infrastructure issues at customer sites; * Collaborate with responsible departments to resolve issues; * Develop custom screens for customers (dashboards and CRUD operations \- SQL Server). **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical or undergraduate degree in technology-related fields, such as Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Production Engineering; * Knowledge of manufacturing processes; * Basic knowledge of SQL Server; * Fundamental understanding of computer networks; * Willingness to travel; * Brazilian driver's license, Category B. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge or hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL Server; * Experience with production control tools and software. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws); * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Work arrangement: On-site in **Barueri (SP).** **BENEFITS** * Sodexo Meal or Food Allowance: To meet employee needs, we offer two flexible options; * Transportation Voucher: For employees using public transportation, we provide a transportation voucher; * Unimed Health Plan (no co-payment) and MetLife Dental Plan: We understand the importance of maintaining good health, so we offer comprehensive health and dental coverage for employees and their dependents; * Gympass: Through our partnership with Gympass, you gain easy access to fitness activities and gyms, plus numerous additional benefits for you and your dependents; * Partnerships with educational institutions: Learning is highly encouraged at SKA; therefore, we offer exclusive discounts at our partner universities; * Life Insurance: To support the well-being of our employees and their families, we provide life insurance for all employees; * Company Anniversary Voucher: Each year you complete with our team, you will receive a gift card to use as you wish; * Guapeco: At SKA, wellness extends to the entire family—including pets with feathers, paws, or wings.
