Act preventively to increase equipment and facility availability and operational reliability—both for production processes and for utility supply at the VSA plant. * Restore basic conditions of equipment and facilities; * Support and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities of low and medium complexity, as well as other maintenance tasks, meeting deadlines and strictly following work procedures, instructions, and preventive maintenance plans; perform routine inspections to assess the condition and operational status of mechanical and electrical equipment; * Address anomalies detected during inspections; * Participate in loss analysis processes related to breakdowns and other losses; * Conduct training and ensure updates to the technical equipment library; * Support the development of maintenance plans; * Know and apply current quality, health, safety, and environmental policies; * Monitor and operate medium- and high-complexity equipment—from raw material receipt through manufacturing and product packaging; * Operate equipment via fine adjustments and validate parameterization to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize losses (scrap, rework, overweight, and machine downtime); * Complete and maintain production and process records relevant to the area; * Prepare equipment (assembly and disassembly) for cleaning and product changeovers; * Supply and transport materials within the production area; * Train Production Operators I, II, and III on equipment operational procedures; * Participate in and support various company programs aligned with SSQCDM (Sustainability, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale); * Support maintenance teams during high-complexity machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, assembly). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Technical or technological course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. **Experience:** Factory experience is desirable. **Additional Information** **For Your Meals:** Meal Allowance; Breakfast (Cafeteria); Lunch/Dinner (Cafeteria). **For Your Commute:** Transportation Allowance and/or Shuttle Service. **For Your Health and Well-being:** Pharmacy Benefit; Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Life Insurance; Wellhub. **For Your Finances:** PPR (Profit Participation Plan)—percentage and criteria apply. **And other benefits.** Our benefit packages vary according to the unit’s collective bargaining agreement and eligibility rules.
