We are one team, one TG. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial components, equipment, and machinery (injection molding machines, extruders, painting and handling robots, conveyor belts), always under the guidance of the Maintenance Leader; assess operational conditions and performance of machine and equipment components; lubricate machines, components, and tools; document technical information; implement quality and environmental preservation actions; and work in accordance with safety standards. Follow preventive maintenance schedules to avoid delays; maintain machines and equipment in satisfactory operating condition; implement equipment improvements; report any abnormalities in equipment to the Leader and Supervisor, adhering to safety and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Mechanical Design. GDBR’s history in Itapetininga began in 2012 with land acquisition. In 2013, construction of facilities, procurement of machinery, assembly of production lines, and planning of hiring schedules commenced. Equipment testing and initial hiring began in 2014. Since the early years, numerous reliability, quality, and efficiency tests have been conducted. Following the official inauguration in 2016, we achieved ISO 14001 certification in 2017, continually enhancing environmental protection and mitigating potential impacts of our production chain on stakeholders and society.
