Responsibilities * Document Marketing department work processes ("best practices") with a focus on continuous improvement.\-Support updating managerial reports, primarily in Excel and Power BI formats, using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions. * Support content development for executive and technical product presentations. * Manage databases to consolidate information and support decision-making. * Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.\-Collaborate with various departments—primarily Marketing, Sales, and Engineering—to facilitate project execution according to schedule. * Perform other support activities contributing to the department’s objectives. * Support the entire part number creation process. Requirements Professional Experience: * Experience in projects, academic associations, junior enterprises, volunteer work, or professional internships. * Note: For internal recruitment or promotion, this requirement is not mandatory. * This requirement may be flexible depending on tenure at MSA. Academic Qualifications * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. * Within Marketing, only Marketing programs are considered (Advertising and Public Relations programs are excluded). Languages / Proficiency Level * Intermediate English. * Intermediate Spanish. * This requirement may be flexible.
