Job Summary: A professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment, materials and medical gas management, and departmental support. Support in cross-departmental activities - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure, machinery, and hospital equipment to ensure full operational functionality; - Prepare lists of materials required for specific maintenance tasks; - Maintain minimum stock levels of materials for emergency maintenance and manage such inventory; - Control medical gases, monitor deliveries by suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of cylinders; - Ensure proper receipt, storage, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) under their responsibility; - Provide support to the department in activities interfacing with other hospital departments; - Assist the departmental supervision in tasks related to this position; - Safeguard company assets and equipment under their responsibility; - Carry out all activities in compliance with the Organization's Quality System and applicable Quality Policies.
