A Executiva is a company specialized in business management and consulting solutions. It provides services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities of the company. Manage the maintenance team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting training sessions. Ensure that machines, equipment, and facilities operate fully and comply with safety standards. Develop maintenance schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and production downtime is minimized. Control budgets, materials, spare parts, and maintenance service providers. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal regulations, and safety norms. Participate in improvement projects, equipment modernization, and process optimization initiatives. Investigate failures and propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Support other maintenance and operational activities as needed. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, or Maintenance Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
