Job Summary: Analyst role focused on monitoring, executing, and improving maintenance processes for heavy equipment in construction and industry. Key Highlights: 1. Agility, support, and quality are characteristics present in our daily operations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators for heavy equipment (aerial work platforms, forklifts, compactors); * Ensure execution of preventive maintenance plans and inspections; * Develop and oversee technical checklists, audits, and service orders; * Support procurement in managing spare parts and suppliers; * Lead meetings with maintenance supervisors and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of predictive maintenance, NR12, and maintenance ERP systems; * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance (PCM/fleet); * Experience with heavy-duty machinery is a plus. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday \- 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM; * Meal Allowance \| Food Voucher (R$ 22.50 \- Flash Multi); * Medical \| Dental Insurance; * SESC Agreements; * Partnerships with Universities and Gyms.
