Opportunity for learning and growth ***We are looking for a Machining Assistant to work in the cutting and production support department. We seek a detail-oriented person, careful with measurements and standards, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the machining field.*** **Your daily responsibilities:** You will be responsible for cutting materials according to measurements and technical specifications; performing threading on parts using a threading machine (even without prior experience—we provide training); making bench adjustments and basic finishing; removing burrs; organizing departmental materials; and supporting operators and the machining team as needed. You must also keep your workstation organized, follow safety procedures, and comply with the company’s quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in an industrial environment (minimum beginner level) * Knowledge of measuring instruments: tape measure and caliper * Experience with repetitive manual tasks * Familiarity with files, grinders, wire brushes, and burr removal is desirable * Advantage (not mandatory): Basic knowledge of taps, dies, thread types, pitch, and lubricant usage **Ideal Profile:** Organization and attention to measurements and tolerances Adherence to safety rules and routines Effective communication with operators and leadership Responsibility and commitment Proactivity and team support Resilience and emotional stability to handle operational demands and shifting priorities **What does the company offer?** * CLT employment contract * Transportation allowance (credited on payroll) * On-site meals * Birthday Day Off (if it falls on a business day) * Group life insurance * Medical and dental plans after the probation period (not extended to dependents) **Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2,500.00 – R$2,800.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
