We are looking for a **Machine Operator IV** to join the **EAB** team in **Morro Agudo**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Operate **heavy machinery (yellow machines), focusing on front-end loaders**, following the company's operational and safety standards; * **Efficiently and continuously feed boilers with biomass**, ensuring proper functioning of the industrial process; * Carry out **storage, loading, and handling activities for biomass and sugar**, according to production guidelines and priorities; * **Ensure daily maintenance, cleaning, and preventive upkeep** of the machine under your responsibility, contributing to its durability and optimal performance; * **Fill out daily operation forms and reports**, recording working hours, fuel consumption, incidents, and other operational data; * **Comply with occupational safety, environmental, and quality regulations**, properly using PPE and reporting potential risks or irregularities; * Support logistical and operational activities in other departments when necessary, collaborating effectively with the team; * Participate in periodic training sessions and technical refresher courses related to machine operation and safety. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Elementary education; National Driver's License CNH - Category C or D; Availability to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts on a 5x1 schedule; Experience in the role; Commitment to Safety; We conduct hiring in the following cities: Morro Agudo/SP, Orlândia/SP, São Joaquim da Barra/SP, Sales Oliveira/SP and Ipuã/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration - completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview - a conversation for us to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss day-to-day tasks and challenges.
