Join our team working as a Loader/Unloader. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform loading and unloading of fertilizers, grains, crop protection products, firewood, among others; * Carry out storage of raw materials and/or agricultural inputs according to customer requests: with liner, without liner, or in bulk; * Check for damaged packaging and report to immediate supervisor; * Transport raw materials and/or agricultural inputs using loading and unloading equipment to trailers; communicate with the Mixing Plant Control Center Operator or Warehouse Supervisor/Coordinator to receive related information and instructions about the product (nature, quantity, quality, and storage method); * Keep the workplace, tools, and equipment clean and organized; * Comply with general rules, health and safety regulations, and internal company policies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Elementary education; * Experience in heavy labor is desirable; * Availability to work weekends and/or shift changes; * Punctual, quick learner, agile; Reside in Balsas-MA. * **Additional information** * Life insurance (co-payment); * Health plan (co-payment); * Permanent contract via CLT; * 20% hazardous duty allowance.
