Job Summary: Procurement professional to work on strategic negotiation, contract management, and innovation initiatives for cost reduction in automotive MRO. Key Highlights: 1. Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Prior experience in Procurement, especially in automotive/automotive MRO purchasing, including market and supplier knowledge; * Previous exposure to negotiation tools such as: TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), Strategic Sourcing, Should Cost, Spend Analysis, CBD (Cost Breakdown), Make or Buy; * Knowledge of SAP MM module; * Willingness to relocate to the Piracicaba/SP region. Your energy stands out even more if you have these qualifications: * Desired knowledge of financial mathematics focused on cost modeling, cash flow dynamics, investment feasibility, and/or Business Case development. HOW YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: * Supporting departments in budget preparation and financial cycle management; * Assisting in identifying initiatives/innovations to mitigate and reduce costs, enabling improved operational conditions; * Leading strategic procurement processes for the Automotive Services portfolio (automotive equipment and agricultural machinery), applying Strategic Sourcing, CBD, TCO methodologies, and engaging with stakeholders and suppliers; * Supporting the development of project/contract schedules and kick-off activities for categories under your responsibility; * Establishing long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers through agreement negotiations; * Negotiating and managing legal contracts (drafting, analysis, monitoring, review, negotiation, and termination); * Continuously exploring new alternatives to strengthen cost-benefit ratio, tax opportunities, and enhance Raízen’s Procurement competitiveness. 2512010202191692607
