Key responsibilities include: \- Develop and integrate systems that meet the company's needs;\- Design and implement deployment projects, ensuring adherence to best practices;\- Create and execute improvement plans aimed at optimizing system usage, monitoring implemented actions;\- Strategically plan projects aligned with business demands;\- Negotiate with suppliers for service contracting and resource allocation, as well as develop contingency strategies and procedures;\- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines, equipment, utilities, power networks, and building infrastructure;\- Research and identify new technologies applicable to drive innovation within the company;\- Evaluate and monitor internal projects focused on improvements and automation across various departments;\- Audit information security items to ensure data integrity;\- Maintain compliance with the LGPD, ensuring all internal protocols and processes—and those of technology suppliers—are up to date.
