Job Summary: An ISBM Machine Technician configures injection molding machine parameters, prepares molds, adjusts temperatures and pressures, and ensures production quality and machine performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Injection molding machine setup and adjustment 2. Mold preparation and assembly 3. Quality control and production performance The ISBM Machine Technician is responsible for: * Configuring injection molding machine parameters according to the product technical specification; * Preparing molds, performing mold changeover, assembly, and disassembly; * Adjusting temperature, pressure, injection time, cooling time, and speed; * Verifying operation of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components; * Inspecting and feeding hoppers with plastic resins (PE, PP, PET, etc.); * Preparing blends and additives per specifications (masterbatch, fillers); * Ensuring materials are dry, clean, and meet required standards; * Producing initial parts (trial pieces) and validating dimensions and surface finish; * Adjusting parameters to correct defects (flash, bubbles, warpage, short shots); * Monitoring and recording injection molding machine results; * Monitoring machine performance during the shift; identifying anomalies and making necessary adjustments; * Ensuring production cycles proceed at the established pace, etc. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in Plastics; * Knowledge of ISBM; * Availability to work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM); * Availability to work on-site in Itupeva-SP.
