Job Summary:
An ISBM Machine Operator configures and adjusts injection blow molding machines, prepares molds, inspects components, and ensures the quality of plastic product manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and adjust ISBM injection machine parameters
2. Prepare molds and perform component maintenance
3. Ensure production quality and performance
The ISBM Machine Operator is responsible for:
* Configuring injection machine parameters according to the product technical specification sheet;
* Preparing molds, performing mold changeover, assembly, and disassembly;
* Adjusting temperature, pressure, injection time, cooling time, and speed;
* Inspecting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components;
* Checking and feeding hoppers with plastic resins (PE, PP, PET, etc.);
* Preparing compound blends and additives per specifications (masterbatch, fillers);
* Ensuring materials are dry, clean, and meet required standards;
* Producing initial test parts (pilot parts) and validating dimensions and finish;
* Adjusting parameters to correct defects (flash, bubbles, warpage, short shots);
* Monitoring and recording injection machine performance data;
* Monitoring machine performance during shift; identifying anomalies and performing necessary adjustments;
* Ensuring production cycles proceed at the established pace, etc.
Requirements
* Completed high school education;
* Technical degree in Plastics;
* Knowledge of ISBM;
* Availability to work administrative hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM);
* Availability to work on-site in Itupeva-SP.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month
