Job Summary: Injection molding machine operator responsible for maintaining quality standards, completing production records, and ensuring equipment and workplace safety and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate injection molding machine according to technical specifications 2. Maintain quality standards and complete production records 3. Perform assembly, packaging, deburring, and sorting **Relevant experience required; completion of elementary education.** Operate injection molding machine within technical specifications. Maintain quality standards per comparative samples. Responsible for accurate completion of production records. Verify the work CHECK LIST. Inspect mechanical safety of machines. Correctly identify scrap bags, branches, and waste materials. Complete forms and part labels. Follow work instructions (machine inspection plan). Approve parts per standard. Replace nozzle. Clean and maintain machine and workplace. Clean injection cylinder (barrel) as needed. Keep the tooling (mold) used on or off the machine clean and properly maintained. Perform assembly, packaging, production recording, deburring, and sorting as required.
