Eterna RH is a company specialized in talent recruitment and selection, focused on connecting qualified professionals with employment opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for operating and adjusting parameters of injection molding machines and peripherals. Performing rework and secondary operations on parts produced during the machine cycle, when required. Inspecting produced parts. Filling out process control charts. Packaging and identifying produced parts according to specifications. Performing other tasks when not operating the injection machine, such as rework, part sorting, packaging preparation, raw material preparation, grinding, among others. Identifying and recording changes that occurred in the machine or process and informing the team leader. Recording working hours and quantities produced on control sheets. Properly storing sprues, rejected parts, scrap, and material residues to prevent contamination of raw materials. Suggesting improvements regarding quality, productivity, waste, and area safety. Implementing corrective actions when required. Using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators. Changing colors and cleaning barrels and molds. Controlling scrap and waste, weighing, and other related activities.
