Job Summary: The professional will prepare and adjust injection molding machines, assist in preventive and corrective maintenance, and lead the team in machine operation and performance target monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team supervision in injection molding machine operations 2. Continuous improvement in plastic manufacturing processes 3. Maintenance and adjustment of injection molding machines, including mold changes Responsibilities: Prepare injection molding machines, performing adjustments and calibrations during the process. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, cleaning and preservation of machines and equipment to avoid downtime caused by mechanical issues. Prepare and adjust machines, implement process improvements in injection molding, perform mold changes, conduct maintenance, assemble and disassemble molds, repair injection molding machines (mechanical and hydraulic systems), supervise and guide the team in injection molding machine operations, monitor adherence to established production targets, control machine parameters and adjustments, and identify potential mold adjustments.
