Job Summary: The professional will set up and adjust injection molding machines, perform mold adjustments and replacements, inspect part quality, and assist in preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Set up and adjust injection molding machines 2. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Train injection machine operators and guide them on production targets Employment Type: Permanent (CLT) Working Hours: 44 hours per week Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Mode: On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** \- Set up and adjust injection molding machines according to production demand. \- Perform mold adjustments and replacements during the process \- Inspect the quality of produced parts \- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. \- Clean and maintain machines and equipment to avoid mechanical failures causing downtime. \- Train injection machine operators on basic adjustments. \- Guide operators on production and product quality targets. \- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness \- Report any machine operational issues **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Minimum completed education level \- Technical/Vocational Training \- Plastic Technology Technician \- Completed \- Mandatory \- Experience with the following polymers (ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, PEAD, PP, PS, PET) \- Knowledge of injection molding machine maintenance.
