




Job Summary: The Injection Blow Machine Setup Technician is responsible for installing molds, adjusting machine parameters, ensuring production quality, and maintaining an organized workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Machine installation and initial setup for production 2. Parameter adjustment to ensure part quality 3. Operation of injection/blow molding machines and maintenance of workplace organization The Injection Blow Machine Setup Technician's responsibilities include: * Installing molds, performing initial setup, and preparing machines for production. * Adjusting temperature, pressure, injection time, and blow time to ensure part quality. * Dismantling and assembling new molds when changing bottle or product types. * Ensuring products are correctly identified, counted, inspected, and packaged according to established standards. * Preparing daily reports during their shift and handing over information to the next-shift technician. * Operating injection/blow molding machines as needed. * Keeping their workplace clean and organized to maintain a suitable environment for activities conducted in this area. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical qualification in Plastics; * Availability to work administrative hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM); * Availability for on-site work in Itupeva-SP.
