Key Responsibilities * Ensure execution of the blow molding and labeling production plan, guaranteeing volumes, deadlines, quality, and costs. * Operate directly on the shop floor, supporting Krones and Sidel blow molding machines and Sacmi labeling machines, ensuring process stability and efficiency. * Guarantee process parameters, proper setup, operational standardization, and loss control. * Manage indicators such as OEE, efficiency, scrap, unplanned stoppages, and productivity. * Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of production equipment. * Ensure high availability and reliability of blow molding and labeling machines. * Collaborate closely with production teams in failure analysis, root cause identification, and improvement plans. * Ensure appropriate management of critical spare parts. * Be ultimately responsible for the unit’s IMS compliance. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000 standards. * Ensure correct application of GMP, HACCP, and food safety controls in blow molding and labeling processes. * Lead the Occupational Safety culture, preventing accidents, deviations, and unsafe conditions. * Directly participate in preparation and execution of internal, external, and customer audits. * Serve as the primary operational interface with the customer. * Represent the company in operational meetings, audits, and technical visits. * Develop leaders, operators, and technicians, ensuring operational discipline. * Be present daily, guiding, monitoring, and supporting execution. * Promote a culture of responsibility, safety, and quality. * Identify and lead improvements in efficiency, losses, setup, layout, and costs. * Ensure achievement of the unit’s KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related fields). * Postgraduate degree in Industrial Management, Operations, or Quality is desirable. * Solid experience in industrial unit management. * Practical knowledge of PET preform blow molding and labeling. * Experience with industrial equipment, preferably: Krones and Sidel blow molders, Sacmi labelers. * Industrial maintenance management (preventive, corrective, predictive). * Knowledge and experience with IMS: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000. * Management of industrial performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, losses, costs). * Ability to analyze failures, determine root causes, and make rapid decisions. * Experience in in-house operations is desirable. * Technical English (desirable). * Flexibility to work onsite in Marília/SP. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site Lunch; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
