Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the maintenance team and develop technicians 2. Collaborate with Production to improve processes 3. Analyze failures and enhance reliability Responsibilities: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machines, equipment, and facilities; * Ensure productive equipment availability by reducing unplanned downtime; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, availability, etc.); * Develop and implement maintenance plans aligned with company strategies; * Lead the maintenance team by promoting training, technical development, and best work practices; * Collaborate with Production to identify opportunities for process, tool, and fixture improvements; * Analyze failures, propose technical solutions, and implement corrective and preventive actions to increase reliability; * Evaluate and recommend investments in new technologies, equipment, maintenance software, and resources; * Oversee service providers and ensure quality execution of outsourced contracts.
