Title: Industrial Facilities Coordinator (affirmative action position exclusively for women) Location: Alexânia/GO – On-site Job Mission Responsible for addressing unplanned corrective actions, restoring equipment operational conditions during production in the Packaging lines at the Itu unit, aiming to minimize the impact of downtime on the production process. Responsible for executing scheduled preventive, planned corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across the entire unit according to activity prioritization defined jointly by involved departments, ensuring basic operational conditions of equipment and facilities are maintained. Comply with and enforce legal and regulatory provisions regarding occupational safety and health. Adhere to life-saving rules. Use personal protective equipment provided by the employer. Main Responsibilities 3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Minimize unplanned equipment stoppages on Packaging lines, aiming for shortest possible repair time and reduced recurrence of failures through root cause analysis and proposing containment actions; * Contribute to achieving the maintenance budget plan established for the period; * Support development of the expense budget plan based on routine and extraordinary maintenance demands, evaluating work priority, production volume, and departmental needs; * Monitor utilization of execution technicians’ labor hours by reviewing PM/SAP time reporting records and available working hours; * Implement improvements in maintenance plans based on failure frequency analysis, task duration, and cost-benefit assessment; * Develop training plans for maintenance technicians according to specific procedures; * Ensure implementation of training plans as per the defined training schedule; * Support implementation of TPM-based management in relevant areas, following plant procedures and standards; * Identify and propose improvement projects for the factory’s investment plan. * Ensure execution of scheduled maintenance tasks as per the PM/SAP maintenance scheduling module; * Contribute to achieving the maintenance budget plan established for the period; * Support development of the expense budget plan based on routine and extraordinary maintenance demands, evaluating work priority, production volume, and departmental needs; * Monitor utilization of execution technicians’ labor hours by reviewing PM/SAP time reporting records and available working hours; * Implement improvements in maintenance plans based on failure frequency analysis, task duration, and cost-benefit assessment; * Support development of alternative suppliers for maintenance materials and services through market research, aiming to reduce maintenance costs as well as contingency planning for critical tasks and equipment; * Develop training plans for maintenance technicians according to specific procedures; * Ensure implementation of training plans as per the defined training schedule; * Ensure continuous improvement of preventive maintenance plans based on area performance results. Academic Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree. Requirements * Knowledge of maintenance management; * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); * Quality programs (ISO 9000/14000/18000 – Good Manufacturing Practices – 5S Program); * Maintenance of machinery and equipment; * Desirable knowledge of Packaging equipment maintenance; * Cost and budget control; * Computer skills – Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite; * Maintenance management software (preferably PM/SAP) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in beverage/brewery industry. * Experience with TPM or APM. * Experience with digitalization and data analysis tools.
