Job Summary: Casting operator responsible for operating machines and furnaces, feeding aluminum, cleaning, assisting in mold changes, and recording daily production. Key Highlights: 1. The role requires manual dexterity, attention, and proactivity **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate casting machines by installing pistons, bushings, and screws using appropriate tools; preheat molds; feed the injection channel with a ladle according to prior specifications. Operate casting furnaces by feeding them with aluminum to produce raw materials used in manufacturing. Clean casting furnaces using appropriate consumables to remove residues. Assist in mold changes. Feed casting furnaces with aluminum bars, channels, and scrap to meet production or ingot-casting requirements. Record daily production in designated forms and/or software for supervisory control. Maintain company uniforms and equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
