Job Summary: Grupo LC is seeking a Guillotine Operator to work in its stamping department, performing cutting, bending, and basic maintenance of industrial machinery, with a focus on quality and safety. Location: Itupeva\- SP Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM \- Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Requirements: \* Prior experience as a guillotine operator or in similar roles within the metallurgical sector; \* Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; \* Proficiency with measuring instruments; \* Basic understanding of industrial machine maintenance; \* Commitment to quality, organization, and safety. \* Experience with bending machines and presses; \* Technical courses in metallurgy or mechanical engineering. Responsibilities: \* Operate guillotine shears and, when necessary, bending machines in the stamping department, ensuring accurate cuts and bends according to technical specifications. \* Adjust press settings, cutting parameters, and other machine settings based on the type, thickness, and characteristics of the metal being processed. \* Interpret technical drawings and production orders, verifying that measurements and specifications are correct before and during production. \* Inspect produced parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, tape measures, and other dimensional control equipment. \* Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, while ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
