The **Equipment Operator** will be responsible for performing ramp handling operations (moving motorized or non-motorized equipment, boarding and deplaning wheelchair passengers, transporting baggage and cargo between airport operational areas) on aircraft safely, efficiently, and punctually, ensuring process efficiency and contributing to shaping the customer’s perception of the company’s services regarding baggage and cargo transportation and flight punctuality. This position is exclusively for **Guarulhos Airport in São Paulo!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate ramp equipment, safely moving towable equipment in accordance with logistics requirements for preparing ramp boxes to serve flights using necessary equipment, considering load factor, aircraft turnaround time, and cargo and baggage distribution in holds; * Provide GPU, ACU, and LPU equipment whenever the aircraft APU is inoperative and/or as required for the Smart Fuel project; * Transport baggage and cargo among various airport areas involved in departure, arrival, or connecting flights; * Ensure the safety of all personnel during operational handling; * Transfer immediate connection (HOT) baggage to other aircraft; * Collect equipment from the ramp box after completing operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **National Driver's License (CNH) Class D/E**. * Analytical and systematic vision for decision-making; * Flexible working hours; * Knowledge of customer service processes; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, upper and lower limb joint mobility, variable posture for task performance, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, locomotion, and ambulation. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for vehicle operation (as regulated by the Brazilian Traffic Code – CTB) and auditory perception for detecting emergency sound signals.
