Monitor and supervise hot and cold vulcanization services on textile and flextil belts, ensuring the correct application of techniques and quality standards; · Perform and guide belt splicing in the field and in the workshop, ensuring precision in the processes; · Supervise localized repairs (hot, cold, and with extruder) on belts and other materials, guaranteeing the durability and safety of the applied solutions. · Supervise cold lining services in pulp tanks, water tanks, drums, shut’s, galleries, and pipelines; · Supervise and guide hot lining execution on drums; · Monitor and validate metal surface treatment procedures using grinders, sanders, and shot blasting. · Supervise and participate in textile and flextil belt replacement activities, ensuring safety and compliance with established deadlines; · Monitor and guide belt rewinding, ensuring material integrity and correct process execution. · Supervise load handling, workplace organization, and proper segregation and disposal of waste; · Monitor the use and application of chemical products such as adhesives, solvents, primers, and catalysts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; · Validate the completion of operational reports, including: Daily work reports, Overtime reports, Technical sheets for splices, mats, and linings. · Supervise and guide the handling and operation of vulcanization presses; · Monitor the use of special tools (Rema Strip, Rotocut and other related equipment), guaranteeing their correct use and maintenance. · Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SSMA) standards during all operational stages; · Conduct periodic inspections of activities, identifying improvement opportunities in processes and ensuring adherence to technical specifications; · Perform assigned job duties, being knowledgeable and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and implementation of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; 4\.
