Assist in the low-melt casting process, ensuring proper material preparation, equipment handling, and quality of produced parts, according to company standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare molds and materials required for the low-melt casting process. * Operate and assist in handling furnaces and casting equipment. * Fill molds with molten metal alloy. * Assist in initial finishing of cast parts (removal of burrs, visual inspection). * Control temperature and duration of the melting process, following technical guidelines. * Support workplace organization, maintaining tools and equipment in good condition. * Follow occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Requirements** * Education: Elementary or high school (preferred). * Prior experience in industrial production, foundry, or related fields is desirable. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Commitment to deadlines and quality. * Ability to work in a team. * Organization and discipline. * Good motor coordination. **Internal Relationships** * Reports to Production Supervisor/Team Leader. * Interacts with production assistants, assembly, and finishing departments. **Overall Objective** Contribute to the efficiency of the low-melt casting process, ensuring quality cast parts for subsequent stages of jewelry production.
