We are seeking an organized, proactive, and responsible individual to join our administrative and finance department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the department in accounts payable and receivable routines; * Perform financial entries, reconciliations, and controls in systems and spreadsheets; * Manage corporate cards, reimbursements, and expense documentation; * Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports; * Review documents and processes relevant to the department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in related fields; * Prior experience handling financial routines; * Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), management systems, and Banknet; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Immediate availability to start. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Birthday day off; * CLT employment contract; * Business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM).
