You will be part of a business for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Conduct technical training on aluminum casting, homogenization heat treatment, and extrusion processes, including needs assessment and material development. * Monitor and analyze production, rejection, and efficiency indicators, performing daily system-based reporting. * Update visual management boards and participate in daily management routines alongside operational teams. * Work in the metallographic laboratory, conducting training, preparing samples, and supporting analyses. * Interpret metallographic reports, correlating results related to phases, precipitates, and inclusions with actual process practices. * Identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis of raw materials and production processes. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Engineering, with availability to intern for up to 2 years (expected graduation between June and December 2027); * Minimum intermediate-level English proficiency; * Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with teamwork spirit; * Organizational and time-management discipline in project execution and oversight; * Creativity, innovation, and adaptability. * Availability for on-site work in Santo André-SP.
