




Job Summary: Extrusion operator responsible for film threading and adjustment, production monitoring, quality control, and maintenance of the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and monitoring of extrusion machines 2. Quality control and production processes 3. Maintenance of sector organization and safety Thread film into the machine. Adjust the machine and change orders according to the Work Order (WO). Monitor the machine during order changes. Release the machine and monitor machine adjustments. Operate three-layer machines and assist with all other machines. Replace the machine screen. Mount the core onto the shaft and receive instructions regarding operation of large machines. Monitor material change in the hopper. Weigh reels, complete palletization, and organize pallets. Read and interpret Work Orders (WOs). Record data on forms and reports, maintaining production process information. Monitor production by analyzing the quality of produced film. Control, weigh, and identify scrap materials. Perform temperature checks and adjustments for material changes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sector and machines. Follow company safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate materials for job execution. Requirements: Completed high school education; Minimum 3 years of experience operating balloon extruders; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Availability to work on a 6x2 shift schedule in Valinhos.
