We are looking for a talented **Engine Assembler** to join our team in **Guarulhos, SP – CBL**. **FIXED-TERM CONTRACT OF 6 MONTHS** **Key Responsibilities:** * Operates production machinery and equipment safely and in accordance with quality and productivity requirements in a directly supervised manufacturing environment. * Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stops work immediately and reports any serious injury risks. Reports any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard. Complies with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Uses appropriate personal protective equipment. Promotes interdependence by looking out for one another. Corrects hazards within your control and capability. Recognizes how your work impacts the environment and works to minimize negative impact. Engages in HSE training. * Quality: Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Conducts quality inspections. Identifies and controls non-conforming material. * Delivery: Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products, achieving required features and dimensions to meet customer expectations. Meets production targets. Works the required shift or as defined by engineering standards. Maintains a clean and organized workplace, including routine cleaning tasks and machine cleaning, and performs planned operator maintenance and care tasks. Remains flexible and performs other varied tasks as needed to meet production goals. Works with colleagues, skilled trades, and support teams to maintain and identify equipment requiring repair. * Teamwork: Communicates effectively with assigned team members and all support teams. Completes training per skill and business requirements. Actively participates in initiatives to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Education, Specializations, Certifications:** This position may require licensing to maintain compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
