Focus on quality and scrap reduction **Desired Profile:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Experience required in structuring industrial processes within companies in growth phases; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred experience in rubber or plastic manufacturing and hands-on experience implementing ISO 9001\.
