Job Summary: Operate and program embroidery machines for mattress covers and borders, ensuring proper machine operation, embroidery quality, and established production targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate embroidery machines and inspect embroidery quality. 2. Program and adjust the machine to ensure product quality. 3. Organize and clean the machine and workplace. Operate embroidery machines for mattress covers and borders, ensuring proper machine operation and embroidery quality; inspect threads and fabrics. Program, adjust, and regulate the embroidery machine according to specifications to ensure embroidered product quality. Operate the embroidery machine, performing adjustments and material replenishment to guarantee daily production targets as per production orders (OP). Prepare the machine by selecting the appropriate program and securing borders and covers onto the machine base. Sort and prepare borders to be embroidered in accordance with the daily production schedule; adjust dimensions and threads to be used to ensure embroidery quality. Monitor inventory by recording daily quantities and models of produced borders. Sort border rolls to be embroidered according to production orders (OP). Ensure organization and cleanliness of the machine and workplace; perform other duties inherent to the position.
