Technical support and customer visits **Description:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electro-Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Knowledge:** PLC programming (Rockwell, B\&R) and industrial robot programming (Yaskawa, Kuka). **Experience:** C language, Structured Text, and Ladder logic. **Availability:** Occasional travel required. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** Develop and configure programs for PLCs (Rockwell, B\&R) and industrial robots (Yaskawa, Kuka). Program using languages such as C, Structured Text, Ladder logic, and other applicable languages. Load and test programs on machines. Archive programs and parameters after test completion. Develop new technologies for application in manufactured equipment. Provide technical support to internal and external technical assistance teams. Conduct technical visits to customers when necessary. Prepare technical documentation describing machine functionality. Support practical tests and validations. Develop new suppliers of equipment and electronic components. Perform corrections and updates on previously developed programs. Provide resources (screenshots, programs, parameter files, instructions) to Technical Assistance, Technical Documentation, and customers. 2511280202191891104
