Job Details Position: BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Workplace: Cravinhos – SP Remuneration: BRL 2,596 + 30% hazard pay Shift: 12x36 Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Benefits offered: Meal allowance: BRL 29.12 per day Food allowance: BRL 163.83 monthly Transportation voucher Responsibilities: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance (bulb replacement, circuit breakers, outlet installation/replacement, electrical wiring, electrical panel cleaning, connection tightening), generator operation, electrical energy consumption measurement, transformers, electrical controls, operation and configuration of frequency inverters, electrical motor connections (star + triangle), UPS (no-break) operation and fault evaluation, primary switchgear operation (reset), layout adjustments, end-of-travel inspections, sensors, among others. Desired Qualifications: First Aid, NR6, NR10, NR17, NR33, NR35, SEP and Primary Switchgear Operator.
